Placing the order was frustrating from the start. I received no tracking information, only a payment confirmation. After waiting three days with no updates, I had to reach out via email just to request basic communication or a tracking link. What followed was a series of unanswered and failed phone calls. When someone finally did pick up, the interaction felt as though I was inconveniencing them.
The painting was shipped only after all this back-and-forth, which should not have been necessary in the first place. The lack of transparency and customer service made me genuinely concerned that I had been scammed. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
